Composition w/principal instrument-Vibraharp Studies with Gary Burton, Alan Dawson & Dave Samuels: Studies w/John LaPorta, Herb Pomeroy, John Bavicchi, William J. Maloof, Conducting w/Jeronimus Kacinskas:Berklee Faculty-'72-'73: Founder/Artist/President/Owner R.S.V.P.JAZZ RECORDS,INC., formerly-PATHFINDER RECORDS,INC. (N.Y.C.) '75, Assets merged 1/1/94; Lifetime signed to label & Leader of the "Commit To Memory Band"; began in '62 & signed 1st recording contract with "SEECO RECORDS" '64; Signed with Roulette Records in '67; Recorded "PAUNETTO'S POINT" in '74-Grammy Nominated, "COMMIT TO MEMORY" '76; Stricken with Multiple Sclerosis in '78, returning in '98 with "COMPOSER IN PUBLIC" and "RECONSTITUTED" 2001-2002!! Great friends befriended me & started me off...Cal Tjader, John Rae (Pompeo), Clare Fischer, Gary McFarland, Pat Patrick, Mongo Santamaria, Tito Puente, Armando Peraza; Cal composed a tune dedicated to me, Cal & Wife "Pat", in '61, i was 16yrs. old, titled "Paunetto's Point" recorded in Hollywood, CA, Webster Hall Studios for VERVE/MGM RECORDS titled: "In A Latin Bag" with "Paul Horn", "Al McKibbon", John Rae, Armando Peraza & Lonnie Hewitt: I played with all of them as they sensed in me a deep love for Modern Jazz, Latin Jazz & Classical Musics: Favorites & Influences: "MILT JACKSON" M.J.Q. my favorite & Cal's too...he always said!
