Review by Roberto Rabbi - courtesy www.salsa.it As you can see by the video available on the group portal – that is based in Canada and is completely made up of local musicians – (www.thejazzmenofsalsa.com), the three pieces in the DVD (one a successful fusion between Salsa and Latin Jazz, with hints towards Mario Bauza and to the Master Puente) they adapt well to a L.A. Style dance...and more importantly they are very easy to listen to! In a particular way “I miss you forever” (the piece dedicated to Tito Puente) reveals itself to be a real “chicca” with regards to the choreography based on this same style. As the vision and sound of this are worth more than 1,000 words, as a cross-reference www.vinilemania.net will keep available, this DVD, as well as other promotional videos for you to relish. A fresh sound, young and innovative, that of the Jazzmen de la Salsa, that - and I am sure – will reserve some optimal surprises for us in the future..... Recensione di Roberto Rabbi - courtesy www.salsa.it Come si puo' vedere dal video disponibile sul portale del Gruppo - che e' basato in Canada ed e' interamente composto da musicisti locali - (www.thejazzmenofsalsa.com ) , i tre brani contenuti nel DVD ( una riuscita fusion tra salsa e latin jazz, con accenni a Mario Bauza ed al Maestro Puente ) ben si adattano ad essere ballati in L.A. Style....e molto volentieri si ascoltano! In maniera particolare ' I'miss You forever ' ( il brano dedicato a Tito Puente ) puo' rivelarsi una vera 'chicca' per coreografie basate su questo stile. Poiche' la visione e l' ascolto sono piu' incisivi di mille parole, rimando anche al portale www.vinilemania.net , dove potrete gustare questo DVD ed altri video piu' alcuni brani promozionali. Un sound fresco, giovane e innovativo, quello dei Jazzmen de la Salsa , che - sono sicuro - ci riservera' ottime sorprese anche per il futuro.....
